At HourVault, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and exchanges in accordance with the NSW Fair Trading guidelines.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, you can exchange your watch for another model within 14 days of purchase, subject to the condition and a restocking fee.
Faulty or Defective Goods
If your watch is faulty or defective, you can choose between a repair, replacement, or refund. We will provide a refund if the watch cannot be repaired or replaced.
Not Fit for Purpose
If the watch is not fit for its intended purpose, we will provide a refund or replacement.
Not Matching Description
If the watch does not match the description provided, we will provide a refund or replacement.
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of purchase to initiate the refund process.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- Return the watch in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned watch.

- Refunds do not include any postage or shipping costs.
