Exchange Policy

At HourVault, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you'd like to exchange your watch, we offer exchanges in accordance with the NSW Fair Trading guidelines.

Change of Mind

You can exchange your watch for another model within 14 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee, and the watch being in the same condition as when it was purchased. For example, if it is a brand new watch, it must remain unworn and unadjusted.

Faulty or Defective Goods

If your watch is faulty or defective, you can choose between a repair, replacement, or refund.

Not Fit for Purpose

If the watch is not fit for its intended purpose, we will provide a suitable exchange.

Not Matching Description

If the watch does not match the description provided, we will provide a suitable exchange.

Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer service team within 14 days of purchase to initiate the exchange process.
  • Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the reason for exchange.
  • Return the watch in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Select a replacement watch of equal or greater value. If the new watch is of greater value, you will need to pay the difference.

Note

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the replacement watch.
  • The replacement watch will be subject to the same warranty terms as the original watch.
  • The benefits provided by this exchange policy are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law.
