If your watch is not authentic or does not match the description, we guarantee a full refund.

Terms:

1. The watch is not genuine (counterfeit) or misrepresented.
2. The watch does not match the description, including but not limited to:
   • Model number
   • Movement type
   • Materials (case, band, etc.)
   • Condition (new, pre-owned, refurbished, etc.)
3. You notify us within 7 days of delivery.
4. The watch is returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Refund:

1. Full refund of the purchase price.
2. Refund processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned watch.

• This guarantee does not cover minor variations in description or normal wear and tear.
