Warranties

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to:

  • Cancel your service contract with us, and
  • Refund for the unused portion, or reimbursement for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.

If a failure with the goods or a service amounts to major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified within a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to reimbursement for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

Warranty Coverage

If your watch is found to be faulty or defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the watch free of charge.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.

Claiming the Warranty

To be entitled to claim the warranty, you must:

  • Cease using the watch immediately if a defect is detected
  • Contact our warranty department within a reasonable timeframe
  • Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the fault

Expenses

You are responsible for expenses associated with claiming the warranty, such as postage. However, if the claim is deemed valid, we will reimburse reasonable expenses incurred.

Additional Rights

The benefits provided by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the watch. We are not liable for any consequential damages or losses.
