About Us
We're a luxury watch business seeking an experienced Sales and Admin Consultant to join our team. As a Sales and Admin Consultant, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory
- Process sales transactions, manage inventory, and perform administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales and administration, preferably in the luxury goods industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
